We specialize in a wide variety of plants including Australian native plants, bee-friendly plants, bird food plants, butterfly food plants, agapanthus, agave & mangave, air-cleaning plants, and many more. Our collection ranges from $20 to $50 gifts to bonsai and bush tucker plants.
Do you offer plants suitable for specific soil types?
Yes! We have plants specifically suited for acid soils and clay soils, as well as coastal plants that thrive in seaside conditions. Check our specialized categories to find the perfect plants for your garden conditions.
Are your plants suitable for gifting?
Absolutely! We have a dedicated section for $20 to $50 gifts and anniversary & celebration plants. These make perfect presents for gardening enthusiasts or to mark special occasions.

Ordering & Account Questions

How do I create an account?
You can create an account during checkout by selecting the option to save your information for future purchases. There’s no separate account creation process – your first order automatically sets up your account.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can typically be modified or cancelled within the first 12 hours after placement. Please contact us immediately at [email protected] if you need to make changes to your order.

Delivery Information

Where do you deliver?
We deliver worldwide with only a few logistical exceptions in parts of Asia and remote regions. Our nursery is based in EENAWEENA, Australia, but we ship plants globally.
What are my delivery options?
We offer two shipping methods:
1. Standard Shipping (10-15 days via DHL/FedEx) – $12.95 AUD
2. Free Shipping (15-25 days via EMS) – Free for orders over $50 AUD
Both options include careful packaging and climate-appropriate shipping times.
How long does order processing take?
Our horticultural team takes 1-2 days to carefully inspect, package, and prepare your plants for shipment. We prioritize plant health and safe transit above speed.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes, once your order ships you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information at the email address you provided during checkout.

Returns & Guarantee

What if my plants arrive damaged?
We stand behind every plant we ship. If your plants arrive damaged or don’t meet your expectations, please contact us within 15 days of receipt at [email protected] for assistance.
Can I return plants if I change my mind?
Due to the perishable nature of plants, we can only accept returns for plants that arrive damaged or unhealthy. We don’t accept returns for change of mind purchases.

Plant Care

Do you provide care instructions with the plants?
Yes! Each plant comes with basic care instructions to help your new green friends thrive in their new home. For more specific advice, feel free to contact our horticultural team.
What should I do when my plants arrive?
Unpack your plants immediately, give them water if the soil is dry, and place them in appropriate light conditions as specified in the care instructions. Allow them a few days to acclimate to their new environment.
