Shipping Information

Order Processing

We carefully prepare each order with the same dedication we give to our bonsai collection:

  • Processing Time: 1-2 business days
  • Shipping Methods:
    • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
    • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)

Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations. During extreme weather conditions, we may hold shipments temporarily to protect plant health.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Just as our coastal plants adapt to their environment, we’ve designed our returns policy to be flexible while protecting our living products.

Return Timeframe

Returns and exchanges must be requested within 15 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain quality for all our customers, these special plants cannot be returned:

  • Bulbs once planted or if packaging is opened
  • Bonsai plants due to their specialized care requirements
  • Plants showing signs of disease or pest damage (contact us immediately for assistance)
  • Personalized anniversary & celebration plants

Return & Exchange Process

Our process is as straightforward as planting one of our bee-friendly varieties:

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days with:
    • Your order number
    • Details about the item(s) you wish to return
    • Reason for return/exchange
  2. Receive Instructions: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return authorization
  3. Package Carefully: Use original packaging if possible, including plant tags
  4. Ship Back: Send to our nursery at 37 Arthur Street, EENAWEENA, AU 2824 using trackable shipping
  5. Inspection: We’ll inspect within 3 business days of receipt
  6. Resolution: Refund processed or replacement shipped

Refund Information

When your return is approved:

  • Timing: Processed within 5 business days after inspection

  • Exchanges: Shipped once return is processed; shipping fees may apply

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your air-cleaning plants or butterfly food plants arrive damaged or incorrect:

  • We’ll typically send replacements at no cost (subject to availability) or issue a full refund
  • In some cases, we may provide a prepaid return label
