All prices in AUD. We reserve the right to adjust prices but honor quoted rates for confirmed orders.

4.3 Shipping

Your plants travel as carefully as our bonsai collection:

• Standard: $12.95 via DHL/FedEx (10-15 business days post-dispatch)
• Free: Orders >$50 via EMS (15-25 business days)
• Restrictions: Excludes certain Asian countries/remote locations

Note: Extreme weather may delay shipments to protect plant health.

5. Returns & Exchanges

5.1 Policy Overview

Like our coastal plants, we’re adaptable but have boundaries:

• 15-day return window from delivery date
• Non-returnable items:
